Health Tracks

1st and 4th Thursday of every month
North Dakota Health Tracks is a preventive health program that is free for children age 0 to 21 who are eligible for Medicaid. Health Tracks pays for preventative treatment. Health Tracks also pays for orthodontics (teeth braces), glasses, hearing aids, vaccinations, counseling and other important health services.

Immunizations

By appointment only
Richland County Health Department is a Vaccine for Children provider. No eligible child will be refused vaccine because of inability to pay. To make an appointment please call 642-7735.

	OPOP
	2nd Tuesday of every month The Optimal Pregnancy Outcome Program is a primary prevention program designed to empower pregnant women to make informed, healthy lifestyle choices to ensure that they give birth to healthy babies.

Footcare

2nd and 3rd Tuesdays of every month at Wahpeton Senior Center. Call 642-5746 for an appointment.

4th Tuesday of every month at Hankinson Senior Center. Call 642-7735 for an appointment.
