Community Resource Program
The purpose of this project is to reduce the disparities in health care services and access to health care by coordinating and strengthening integrated community health delivery systems for the uninsured and underinsured population.
A resource for people without adequate access to healthcare, bill payment, prescriptions, insurance coverage, and more.
The goals of the Community Access Program are:

To assist individuals with public and private health coverage enrollment process.
2.
To assist individuals in obtaining prescription assistance.
3.
To improve dental access through awareness and urgent dental access clinics.
4.
To assist individuals with access to necessary health care
