Community Resource Program
The purpose of this program is to assist people to find health care services by coordinating eligible programs for the uninsured and underinsured.
A resource for people without adequate access to healthcare, bill payment, prescriptions, insurance coverage, and more.
The goals of the Community Resource Program are:

To assist individuals with public and private health coverage enrollment process.

To assist individuals in obtaining prescription assistance.
3.
To improve dental access through awareness and urgent dental access clinics.
4.
To assist individuals with access to necessary health care
